How we use data on clienti.md.

Who is responsible for the data

Clienti.md is run by an independent entrepreneur (antreprenor independent) from the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1026023146829. For any question about your data, write to us at [email protected].

What data we collect

  • The data in the messages you send us by email: usually your name, your email address and what you write, for example questions about our offer.
  • Statistics about the visit (pages viewed, buttons pressed, device and browser), through a statistics service. Statistics cookies are saved only if you give your consent.
  • The IP address, kept only in coded form.

Why we use the data and on what legal basis

  • Email messages: we use the data in the message only to reply to you and, if you want to work with us, to prepare our offer for you. The legal basis is your request and the steps we take at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Statistics: we use a statistics service to understand how the page is used. For statistics cookies, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

The page uses two kinds of cookies:

  • Necessary: they remember your cookie choice, so we don't ask you on every visit. Without them, the page could not respect the choice you made.
  • Statistics: they show us how many people visit the page and what they look at. They are saved only if you accept them; otherwise, statistics are collected without cookies.

You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

Who we share the data with

We use hosting, email and statistics providers, who process the data on our behalf and only for the purposes above. Some of them may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area, including in the USA; this happens for statistics or when it is needed to reply to you.

How long we keep the data

Messages: at most 24 months. Statistics cookies: at most 2 years.

The data is protected by technical and organisational measures, and only those who need it to reply to you have access to it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its processing to be restricted or for it to be transferred, and you can object to its processing: write to us at [email protected]. You can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time from “Cookie settings”. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal).
